Everyone
can use a little light in their lives! As a grief and relationship
coach, I utilize various tools to help people find or rediscover their
smile. Sometimes it is a matter of gaining a different perspective on
issues by welcoming new thoughts and ideas -- thinking outside of the
box, so to speak.
Often, due to the strong mind/body wellness connection, working on one's
"outside" while simultaneously working on the "inside" helps to
encourage new viewpoints, for feeling good about how one looks can
naturally generate more positive thoughts.
